We believe the best government is that which governs least; the proper function of the government is to do for the people only those things they cannot perform themselves.

We believe stable economic growth is achieved by sound monetary policy and by spending every dollar necessary, but not a dollar more.

We believe in equal justice for all, regardless of race, creed, religion, gender, or color.

We believe America is the safest from threats of foreign aggression when we have the strongest possible military, and when we actively confront – rather than passively appease – our aggressors.

We believe the fraternal bond of Americans is strongest when we celebrate our shared, uniquely American culture.

We believe that the traditional family is the cornerstone of our society.

We believe in personal responsibility, volunteerism, rugged individualism, civility, decency, and morality.

Finally, we believe that only through the Republican Party can these ideals become active and successful principles of government.
